I'm a cart pusher (as well as other duties) at a LOWES home improvement store in NJ. The 1st guy just needs a 3/8" x 20' rope to hold 7 - 9 shopping carts all at one time while he pulls them with the rope wrapped through them. My co-workers and I do that all the time. Just yesterday (1-1-2021) one of my co-workers and I moved 80 shopping carts from all over the parking lot into the cart corral right up against the building in less than 15 minutes.
